Weekly Report
Room 2’s report.
This week we have been doing athletics and we
had the real thing on Wednesday.
At athletics we did sprints, discus, long-distance,
shotput and long-jump.
There was lots and lots of parents
watching us do our athletics.
We had to practice lots before the real. day.
On Thursday our legs were hurting so bad.
On that Thursday we had to do
high-jump with Jenny.
It was really tiring.
We had a really fun time at
our athletics day and
hope you guys had a fun time watching.

Weekly Report
Kia-Ora
Last week we started getting rugby tokens from our teacher, Miss Langley. This is how you do it. If you want to vote for a team in the World Cup then you give the token to the teacher then you would put a vote on for that country. If your country wins then you get your token back. At the end of the rugby world cup we will see who has the most tokens. - Miss. Langley here...The whole is idea is to practice probability in maths with the children, what team is most probable to win!! :-)
This week we are learning to do athletics the 8 year olds are doing well, first they are doing spirints then we are doing long jump. We are doing it next Wednesday.
This next two weeks we are doing soft ball and we are learning to throw and catch the ball.
Thank you for listening to our story!
